Berlin, Germany | Study Abroad
In the fall of 2008 myself and about 30 classmates from Wentworth spent a semester documenting cities in Western Europe through sketching and photographing. We studied modern and historic architecture, urban planning and city layouts, and recorded site analysis for a Master’s thesis project. These images show a group of us jumping off the modern ‘Python Bridge’ in Amsterdam’s Eastern Harbor.

My name is Chris White. I am an Architecture & Design graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts.
I am interested in the symbiotic relationship between material, function and aesthetics. My main fields of activity are Architecture, Photography and Graphic Design.
I was raised in Maine (Falmouth, near Portland) my entire life. As a child of an Interior Designer Mother and a Civil Engineer Father I grew up fascinated with the built environment. I am interested in designing new ways of making spaces more interesting while being functional and fun to look at. Although the main vessel of conveying my ideas is through the computer, I also like using unconventional materials to create art by hand. I am currently living in Boston, MA.
